Swami Tapovan Maharaj
Swami Tapovan Maharaj was the Guru of Swami Chinmayananda, the architect of the Chinmaya Movement.
Swami Tapovanam was a consummate Vedantin, a strict teacher, poet and a sage of great wisdom and tranquility. He was a pristine glacier of Self-knowledge, a saint of the highest order. That Truth, which Swami Tapovanam realised and indicated in all his teachings is beyond words, as much as he himself was. Swami Chinmayananda said of his Guru, “He was a God without temple, a Veda without language”.
Swami Chinmayananda
Swami Chinmayananda, the founder of Chinmaya Mission spread the sublime knowledge of the Upanishads to modern man.
Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji was a great exponent of Vedanta in modern times, who worked tirelessly for more than four decades. He had an irrepressible urge to awaken fellow humans to the supreme objective of human existence through dissemination of the spiritual wisdom given by the Rishis. It was his deep love and concern for his brethren that prompted Swamiji to leave the Himalayas. He wanted to share the nectar of the illumining wisdom, making mere mortals realize their immorality. This was Pujya Gurudev’s seva.
Swamiji spread the message of Bhagwad Geeta and the Upanishads to the masses. He was admired and revered by one and all alike for his extraordinary wisdom and service to the mankind. His dynamic spirituality reflected in all his interactions and discourses transforming the lives of scores of individuals all over the globe.

Swami Tejomayananda
Swami Tejomayananda is a living portrait of simplicity with depth, humility with courage, and wisdom with devotion.
Swami Tejomayananda is the former Head of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide, a position he held since 1993 after Swami Chinmayananda attained Mahasamadhi. If Swami Chinmayananda served the cause of Vedanta with his service, knowledge and pioneering qualities, Swami Tejomayananda – fondly addressed as “Guruji” – completed that with his natural attitude of devotion. Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayanandaji is an outstanding teacher of Vedanta, with a profound depth beneath his simplicity and humility. He has a simple conviction – to fortify, strength and actualise the vision of his Guru, Pujya Swami Chinmayananda. This is richly and abundantly evident in his talks, his singing, and his demeanour.
It is befitting that in the birth centenary year (2015-2016) of Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, His devoted disciple, Pujya Guruji has been recognised through the conferring of The Padma Bhushan award, which is one of the most prestigious civilian National awards in India.
Swami Swaroopananda
In an era, ripe with scepticism and confusion about matters spiritual, Swami Swaroopananda is a rare voice that blends authenticity with accessibility; theory with self- practice; logic with heart.
Formerly the Regional Head of Chinmaya Mission Australia, United Kingdom, Middle East, Africa and Far East, and presently Chairman of the Chinmaya Vishwavidyapeeth Trust (University for Sanskrit and Indic Traditions) and Director of the Chinmaya International Residential School in Coimbatore, South India, Swami Swaroopananda has now been bestowed by Swami Tejomayananda the privilege to also serve as the Head of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide.

He is very well versed with the knowledge of Vedanta and Scriptures. His pleasant aura attracts not only the senior citizens but also the children and youth which inspires them to contribute towards the country.
